firm headquartered in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania with a branch office in Pittsburgh. Our goal is to provide you with customer service that is second to none. We continually invest in the latest techologies

All
Land Services, Inc. was founded in 2000 by H. Mark Bard, PLS to provide efficient
and cost-effective surveying services to its clients. The firm has experienced rapid growth due to its commitment
to excellent service and now employs a professional staff that provides full
service engineering and surveying. Currently, our employees hold licenses in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia.
Our office locations enable us to provide civil engineering and land survey services to clients throughout a large portion of Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. Our Chambersburg
office is located in downtown Chambersburg.
This provides us with easy access to the I-81 and I-70 corridors, which allows us to effectively serve the tri-state area of PA, MD and WV. Our Pittsburgh office is located in the heart of Plum Borough.
This provides easy access to many of the nearby municipalities, which are literally minutes away including Plum Borough, Penn Hills, Monroeville, Murrysville, Oakmont,
New Kensignton and many others. This location also provides convenient access to the Parkway and the Turnpike ensuring we can effectively service the Greater Pittsburgh area and
all of Southwestern PA.
